I’m Sandra Qian, and I built WriteLife4Me to provide focused, dependable formatting while maintaining the flexibility my family requires. As a mother to a special-needs child, a traditional 9–5 career isn’t workable for me. Instead, I chose to build a service-based business that allows me to deliver high-quality work with intention, consistency, and care.
My background as an author gives me a practical understanding of the publishing process, including how quickly formatting costs can eat into royalties. WriteLife4Me exists for authors who want professional, platform-ready results without paying for overly decorative layouts or services they don’t need. My goal is simple: to help you publish a book that looks polished, reads cleanly, and is ready for platforms like Amazon KDP and IngramSpark—without unnecessary complexity.
All formatting is completed using professional software (Vellum) on my own equipment. I focus on clarity, consistency, and genre-appropriate design, and I work directly with every client—no outsourcing, no handoffs, and no surprises.
WriteLife4Me is intentionally small. That means clear communication, realistic timelines, and personal attention to your manuscript from start to finish.
If you’re planning to publish soon, I recommend reaching out early. Formatting availability is limited, and projects are scheduled only after a quote is approved and a deposit is received. Submitting a quote request allows me to review your project and confirm availability.
